Restore originally-conceived line out Columbia Pike, eventually to Centreville via Braddock. Extend Silver line to Leesburg, Orange line to Gainesville. New line from Sterling to Potomac Mills via Manassas, with transfer at CIT and Centreville (and to Amtrak at Manassas). Extend Blue to Potomac Mills or even Quantico. Circumferential Mass Transit

Given the tremendous commuter flows across the Potomac River bridges, put in mass transit lines. The Wilson Bridge has dedicated lanes. There, start by running a rush-hour express bus between Huntington and Suitland, with a possible extension to Springfield. This would be similar to the N11/N13 that died due to lack of publicity. Smart Trip card use on VRE

It would be nice if you could use your Smart Trip Card on the VRE. All the Bus systems and the Metro Rail accept this card and I think it would even be a good marketing idea for the VRE.As the VRE trains head toward DC,they stop at Metro Stations and other Bus transfer points.The easier you make it for people to use mass/public transportation,the more likely they will.I remember being on the very first VRE from Manassas ...more »

Fairfax Connector Web Redesign

Schedules

Please update your schedules on line before the route begins it's change. There seems to be a lack of communication between what's really going on and the website.Also there has to be a way to list late buses. Make the driver call in if they are going to be more than ten minutes late and post a list of these routes.
