Fairfax Connector Web Redesign

Timetables and/or full schedules?

Right now, we have full schedules: http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/connector/pdf/401.pdf (that include timetables and maps) as well as just timetables: http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/connector/pdf/401wd.pdf online. Is there a preference as to whether we keep both, or simply go with full schedules?

Personally, I like seeing it in a map form along with the timetable.

Clarification question: So do you mean you'd prefer the full schedule because it shows the map, or are you choosing the timetable plus the web map? Thanks!

Well, I like having the map accessible for unfamiliar routes, if it's accurate (585's isn't correct on the interactive map, at least.)

But I *hate* having them as pdfs. Not mobile friendly at all.

If the timetable and the schedule are going to both be PDFs, then I would rather just have the timetable and the map.

However, if possible, I would love to see a system similar to what Philadelphia's SEPTA system uses (www.septa.org). Each route has a timetable that is not a PDF as well as a downloadable map and schedule. This makes it easier for those who don't have the computer/internet power to download and bring up PDF files quickly.

I like the timetables and the map, but provide extra detail with direction of travel so the maps can be read easier. Some of the Routes in tysons corner backtrack over the same roads, so you can't follow the line with your eyes because you can't tell if they are coming or going.
